Dear Unichange.me customers,

We wish to inform all unverified CardHolders that Unichange.me card usage will be the subject to change.

The changes concern available card limits for unverified CardHolders (KYC 1) and will be implemented from 17th January, 2018.

In connection with these change the following limitations will be applied:

1. The maximum cumulative load limit for unverified CardHolders (KYC 1) will be reduced from $2,500/€2,500 to $250/€250. This limit is the combined limit for all plastic cards issued to the CardHolder.

2. Unverified CardHolders (KYC 1) will only be able to withdraw up to a maximum cumulative limit of $100/€100 through ATM withdrawal transactions.

The specified changes will go into effect on 17th January 2018 at 23:59 GMT.
Unverified CardHolders (KYC 1) can continue to load and use their cards within the current limits until that date.

If your prior card loads/withdrawals exceed specified limits, you will not be able to load or withdraw additional funds after 17th January 2018, 23:59 GMT.

Nevertheless, you will be able to spend your total available balance for purchases online or at retail point of sale.

If you wish to increase your card limits and to receive KYC2 - you are welcome to upload your identity verification documents inside card issuer account.
