08/28/2017 - Important changes in Unichange.me cards issue and usage

Dear Unichange.me customers,

We would like to ask all Unichange.me card holders to pay increased attention to the content provided below.

According to the recent changes in the policy of Unichange.me card issuer, the card issue process on Unichange.me service will be the subject to change.

Unichange.me cards cannot be longer provided and served in the countries outside European Territory from the 15th of October.

You are welcome to check the updated list of countries where Unichange.me cards can be sent to here.

What does it mean for all Unichange.me customers?

  • Information for customers who don't have Unichange.me card yet:

    If you are a citizen or a resident of one of the countries of European Territory, we will be able to provide you with Unichange.me card and all included services.

    All clients, who do not have Unichange.me card and who live outside European Territory, unfortunately, we are not able to send you Unichange.me card.

  • Information for customers who already own Unichange.me card:

    Applied restrictions will not affect Unichange.me card holders who live inside European Territory and can use Unichange.me cards in full.

    Non European Territory citizens and residents, who already have and use Unichange.me cards fall under specified changes.
    Unfortunately, this category of customers won't be able to continue using their cards from the 15th of October, 2017.
    All cards issued for customers outside Europe will be blocked and closed on the 15th of October, 2017.
    Please, make sure that you stop loading funds to your cards and remove all remaining balance before the final date.
