Previously, Ms. Arcaro served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Vornado Realty Trust, one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the U.S. with over 100 million square feet across multiple markets during her time there. Prior to joining Guardian, Ms. Barot held senior human resources roles in the generalist and specialist arenas at UBS in the Investment Bank and Asset Management lines of business before taking a role in the UBS Leadership Institute, UBS’ in-house university for senior leaders and executives. Prior to joining Reckson, Mr. Frank served as in-house counsel for Vornado Realty Trust and practiced law as an associate in the real estate department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Mr. Patafio also serves as an Independent Director of Northfield Bank, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ.
