1. Is it obligatory to register or verify account on Unichange?
No, it is not obligatory.
Most of exchange directions are available without registration or verification.

On the other hand registered and verified customers get special benefits:
  • Registered users can take part in our Affiliate program and earn funds by attracting referrals;
  • Users with registered account can track status of every order placed on our website;
  • Verified customers can deposit or withdraw funds using bank transfer options;
  • Registered customer can order Unichange card to try out the fastest e-currency withdrawal.

2. How can I check order status?
You can easily check status of the order here.
In order to check order status you need to enter email address (which was used for the order), order ID and Captcha.
3. What can I do if there is not enough reserves?
In case you wish to exchange the amount which is larger than available amount, you are welcome to fill in Reserve notification note.
Please choose the required exchange direction, enter the amount you wish to exchange and fill in your email address.
Once we have such amount in stock you will be notified via email.
4. I have sent insufficient amount of Bitcoin/Litecoin for the order. Can I send the rest to the same Bitcoin/Litecoin account?
No, it is forbidden to use the same Bitcoin/Litecoin account twice.
The amount for the order will be recalculated as soon as your Bitcoin/Litecoin is sold. For the next time please send correct amount as it is indicated in the order.
5. Can I cancel my order?
If the order is not completed, you can cancel it by contacting support. Please provide the reason you wish to cancel the order.
Once the order is completed and payment is sent, it is not possible to cancel the order and refund it.

Deposit orders

To fund e-currency account in Perfect Money, OkPay, BTC-e USD payment systems the client should place deposit order. It is possible to deposit funds using international bank transfer USD, SEPA transfer EUR and using local bank transfers in one of the following currencies — CZK, PLN or GBP.

1. Time frame for depositing funds via international bank transfer USD
International bank transfers USD arrive within 2-4 business days. As soon as your transfer arrives, the order can be processed and completed.

If the order is not completed within this time frame, please contact our Orders department and provide SWIFT copy of your bank transfer with all sender's and receiver's details on it. This document will help the bank to find your trasfer.
2. Time frame for depositing funds via SEPA bank transfer EUR
SEPA bank transfer EUR arrive within 1-3 business days. As soon as your transfer arrives, the order can be processed and completed.

If the order is not completed within this time frame, please contact our Orders department and the copy of your bank transfer confirmation with all sender's and receiver's details on it. This document will help the bank to find your trasfer.
3. How long does it take to deposit funds via Local bank transfer CZK/PLN/GBP?
Local bank transfer CZK/PLN arrive the same business day or the next business day after the transfer was sent. As soon as your transfer arrives, the order can be processed and completed.

Bank transfer GBP arrives within 2-4 business days. As soon as your transfer arrives, the order can be processed and completed.

If the order is not completed within this time frame, please contact our Orders department and the copy of your bank transfer confirmation with all sender's and receiver's details on it. This document will help the bank to find your trasfer.
4. Required documents for bank transfers from personal account
It is possible to deposit Perfect Money, BTC-e USD, OkPay or JustForex account with International Wire Transfer, SEPA transfer or local bank transfers.

If you wish to deposit e-currency account using bank transfer you need to confirm your order - upload wire transfer confirmation and signed invoice for your order.

Confirmation of bank transfer should contain the following details:
  • Name of the Bank of sender;
  • Address of the Bank of sender;
  • Account Number (IBAN for transfers of European Union);
  • Name of the Account Holder;
  • Receiver information (Name of Account Holder, Account Number)
  • Memo required;
  • Name of agent sending wire transfer;

Upload signed invoice together with bank transfer confirmation for your order. Only confirmed orders can be processed on our service.
5. Required documents for bank trasfers from business bank account
To send us wire transfer or local bank transfer from your business account you need to register a regular personal Unichange.me account and become verified. After verification of personal account you need to provide us following documents to our email address verification@unichange.me:
  • Copy of company registration certificate
  • Certificate of good standing
  • Copy of director's ID
  • Document that shows all owners of company
6. Payment details were lost. What can be done?
If you have lost payment details which you received on the third step of placing an order, please do not be afraid.
You can find the link which leads to the payment details in the email which is automatically sent to your email address as soon as new order is placed on the website.

Withdrawal orders

Our technical platform offers easy options to withdraw emoney and cryptocurrency via different convenient ways for customers. It is possible to withdraw emoney to international bank transfer/SEPA transfer, Westerm Union, debit or credit card, Unichange card.

1. E-currency withdrawal to international bank transfer USD or SEPA transfer EUR
Customers interested in bulk withdrawal of Perfect Money, OkPay, BTC-e USD, JustForex are offered convenient way to withdraw funds via international bank transfer USD or SEPA bank transfer EUR.

When we send international bank transfer USD only our bank fees (SHA option) are paid. Payment will be send as an international wire transfer and will be subject to processing and/or intermediary bank and your bank charges.
Unichange.me cannot be held liable for such charges.
It takes 1 business day to complete the order (send wire transfer).

When we send SEPA transfer we pay only our bank fees (SHA option).
Payment will be send via SEPA (there sould be no intermediary bank fees for such transfers). It takes 1 business day to complete the order (send SEPA bank transfer).
2. E-currency withdrawal to Western USD
It is possible to withdraw funds from Perfect Money, Bitcoin, BTC-e, Litecoin, FasaPay, OkPay account via Western Union money transfer on unichange.me. No registration or verification is required for such orders.
For the order you need to indicate your real first name and last name and country. Fill in all other required fields marked with asterix (*).
Please pay attention that money transfer fee is included in our service fee. You can see it in fees explanation right below the calculator.
Withdrawal orders to Western Union are completed within 1 business day.
3. E-currency withdrawal to credit card
It is possible to withdraw Perfect Money, Bitcoin, BTC-e, Litecoin, FasaPay, OkPay to credit or debit card via Unichange platform.

Withdrawal orders to credit/debit cards are completed within 1 business day.
It takes 1-5 business days for money to arrive to your card.

Funds are not sent to Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Ecuador, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sao Tome and Principe, Syria, Tanzania, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe according to the restrictions of our merchant.

Funds are not sent to Payza, Payoneer etc cards which were issued by the financial merchants (we do not provide exchange to cards which were issued by third financial party.).
Also we do not send funds to Maestro cards or any virtual cards.
Please use the cards which were issued for you directly by the bank.
4. Withdrawal of Bitcoin, Litecoin, BTC-e USD, Perfect Money, OkPay, FasaPay to Unichange card
The fastest option to withdraw e-currency and crypto currency to the card is Unichange card. It takes 1 business hour to complete withdrawal order to Unichange cards USD or EUR.

5. E-currency withdrawal to China Unionpay cards CNY
It is possible to sell Bitcoin, Litecoin, BTC-e USD, Perfect Money, OkPay, FasaPay to China Unionpay cards CNY.

To place an order you need:
  • your name (the same as in online banking)
  • 16-digit card number
  • bank name
It takes 1 business day to complete the order. After the order is competed, funds arrive to the card almost instantly.
6. Withdrawal to Paypal
Unichange.me offers possibility to exchange Perfect Money, Bitcoin, Litecoin, OkPay, FasaPay, JustForex USD to PayPal.
It takes 1 business day to complete exchange order to Paypal. After you receive funds to your Paypal account, you can withdraw them to any card linked to your Paypal account.

Most of exchange directions on Unichange.me are available without registration or verification and in Automatic mode.
2. Time frames of exchange orders
Most of exchange directions are available in automatic mode on our service.
Please pay attention to the maximum amount of the order which can be processed automatically.
If the amount is larger than amount set for auto exchange, your order will be processed manually within our time frames.

Orders in automatic mode are processed instantly on our website.
Orders in manual mode are processed within 1 business hour.
3. Cryptocurrency exchange on Unichange.me
You can withdraw or exchange Bitcoin and Litecoin to other e-currencies (Perfect Money, OkPay, FasaPay, BTC-e USD) and vice verse.

When you send Bitcoin or Litecoin for the order, transaction should get 3 confirmations after your order can be processed.
Please pay attention that when you send amount in Bitcoin or Litecoin, your BTC/LTC is sold on the bitcoin trading platform and amount for your order will be updated according to the received amount.

Just after your order gets status Bitcoin/Litecoin is sold - the order is completed according to the time frames for exchange direction.

You can also fund your Bitcoin or Litecoin address with Perfect Money, OkPay, FasaPay or BTC-e USD.
The order is processed only after confirmation from payment system that funds were deposited in the account of payment system. After this confirmation is received, Bitcoin or Litecoin is bought on the trading platform.
Final amount for the order will be updated.

To receive plastic card you have 2 options - airmail delivery and DHL delivery.

Airmail delivery is free of charge. Delivery time - 10-21 business days.
DHL delivery is a paid method of delivery, it costs 75 USD/69 EUR. Delivery time - 3-5 business days.
3. How to top up Unichange card?
No matter which card type you have - plastic or virtual card - it can be funded with Bitcoin, Litecoin, BTC-e USD code, Perfect Money, OkPay, FasaPay. Order processing time is 1 business hour.
4. Which currencies is the card available in?
Unichange cards are availbale in USD or EUR currencies.

Every customer can order up to 4 Unichange cards - plastic and virtual cards in USD, plastic and virtual cards in EUR.
Please pay attention that every card order requires new active email address (it is recommended to turn on 2-step authentication for your email address).
5. What are limits of the card?
Every card owner is not verified in the system of the card issuer. Depending on the account status (verified or unverified) there are certain card limits. Please contact the card issuer to get your account verified in order to increase your card limits.

6. Where can I use Unichange card?
Plastic Unichange card can be used:

7. How to activate Plastic Unichange card?

As soon as you have successfully received Unichange debit card, please activate the card in order to be able to start using it. Below you can find step by step guide on card activation.

1. First of all, please visit card issuer's page to make your first entrance to your personal card account.
2. On this page you should indicate your Card number, CVV code and your date of birth. Once this information is filled in, click "Submit".
3. On the next stage you should indicate your email address, password and transaction PIN.
Please keep transaction PIN safe, it is required while doing buddy transfers. Do not provide your transaction PIN to the third parties.
4. Once you submitted these details, you will get link to verify your registered email.
5. When you click on this link, your card is Activated.
6. In order to get PIN for ATM withdrawals you have to call the phone number which is indicated on the card. You will be asked to insert your card number and your date of birth before you can hear PIN for ATM withdrawals. Please listen carefully, as PIN is repeated only once.

8. How to activate Virtual Unichange card?

As soon as virtual card is created, the client receives email notification from the card issuer with the link to activate the card.

1. Please use this link to enter card issuer's website.
2. On the first step of card activate please enter your date of birth and ZIP code and proceed to the next step.
3. On the next step please enter new password and Transaction Pin.
Password should contain letters of upper and lower case, digits and special symbols (@ # % ^ * etc.)
Transaction Pin should contain 6 digits.
Check and agree with Terms of use and proceed.
4. After you follow all previous steps you will be able to login to your virtual card account where you can check your virtual card details.
